Our Story
For 15 years, my work as a specialty food buyer, olive oil sommelier, and professional taster has brought me to extraordinary producers around the world. For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Anfosso Family.
Since 1945, three generations have tended their farm high above the Ligurian Sea along the famed Italian Riviera. On steep terraced hillsides that spill toward the sea, they hand-harvest tiny, sweet Taggiasca olives to create a smooth, almost buttery extra virgin olive oil beloved by Michelin chefs across Europe.
Over the years, our partnership has grown into friendship — gathering around their family table, sharing local dishes, stories, laughter, and the rich history of this remarkable land.
